The mandate of the Directorate is to direct the Corporation and to manage all its activities, resources and outputs in accordance with legislation and policy set by Parliament and the Board of Trustees by
- Developing and implementing the strategic direction of the Corporation;
- Directing and coordinating corporate strategic planning and policy development activities;
- Maintaining an internal audit, evaluation and review function; and
- Supporting the Board of Trustees and its committees in all their activities and ensuring liaison between the Corporation’s Executive and the Board.
