The mandate of the Human Resources Branch is:
to assist managers in managing their human resources by providing services and advice in the areas of staffing, classification, staff relations, pension and benefits, human resources planning, training, official languages and special programs, such as employment equity, performance evaluation, recognition, employee assistance and volunteer services.
