Children’s Museum Booking Information
Looking for a place to hold your next party? Celebrate at the Canadian Children’s Museum with creative and fun-filled activities designed to spark the curiosity of kids from 3 to 12 years of age. Available on weekends only at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
Duration: two hours. Registration required. You bring the guests, we provide the planned party fun!
Your choice of themes:
Magic Traveller (ages 3 to 6)
Young children will love visiting exciting new places with our Magic Traveller. Your guests will decorate their own birthday hats, take a trip on a Pakistani bus, then travel to Nigeria, where they will send a special birthday message using drums. Next up: our international market and port, where they will be able to buy food from around the world and unload crates from the cargo ship, Vagabond II.
Mysteries of Egypt (ages 6 to 12)
Older children will loves this exciting expedition to the banks of the Nile. In addition to exploring the daily life and language of the ancient Egyptians, your guests will use archaeological tools and techniques to decode hieroglyphics, visit a tomb chamber, explore a secret passage and make their own Egyptian-inspired crafts.

Cost: $140.00 (includes 10 children and 2 adults). Additional children can be added up to a total of 15 children at a cost of $10.00 per child and additional adults are $12.00. Please note that the Canadian Children’s Museum requires that one adult accompany every five children for all of its programs.
Includes:
- Your choice of an animator-led theme (based on the appropriate age level)
- 75 minutes of animation, followed by 45 minutes of your own time for refreshments
- Museum admission
- Unlimited time in the Children’s Museum (until closing)
Payment is due in full upon registration. Registration is required a minimum of two weeks in advance.
