As part of its presentation of Her Majesty’s Stamps, the Canadian Museum of Civilization is presenting a wide range of fun, creative and informative activities and events that will explore and go beyond the themes and content seen in the exhibition. Events are free with Museum admission unless otherwise indicated.

Beaveriffic
By Stephanie Burchell and Dramamuse, the Museum’s Theatre Company
Meet Castor canadensis, the famous beaver in the first Canadian stamp. Will this Three Penny Beaver escape or stay to share the exciting stories of the stamps in the Royal Philatelic Collection? Presented until August 22, Thursdays to Tuesdays, 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.

High Tea and Conversation with Michael Sefi
Join Michael Sefi, Keeper of the Royal Philatelic Collection at St. James’s Palace, as he discusses this unique collection and describes how it is managed. Tea and scones will be served following the talk. Limited number of free tickets available at the Box Office.

Bring the entire family for a royally fun afternoon! Make your own crown, sip iced tea, and design a unique commemorative stamp.

Queen for a Night!
Join us on the River View Salon terrace for a royally fun evening of pub grub, music and activities with Spins & Needles, followed by a visit of the exhibition and late-night film screenings on the theme of royalty.
