Pinsonneault House
29 Wright Street
This beautiful, well-preserved house was built by a worker in 1900. The family of the baker Alphonse Pinsonneault and his descendants by his daughter Marie-Blanche, wife of Raoul Lefort, lived in the house until fairly recently. This small house is a reminder that there were more than just poor maisons allumettes ("matchstick houses") in Hull.
