Rolland Lafleur
Camp cook and king of the shanty, Rolland is certainly every lumberjack's best friend when mealtime arrives in the small logging camp tucked away in the Ottawa Valley.

What's On

Keep an eye out for historical characters in the Canada Hall, such as Basque whaler Txomin Olazabal, innkeeper Madame Aubry, shanty cook Rolland Lafleur, Mrs. Gordon or her parlourmaid, Annie Malone of the Victorian era, grain elevator agent Louis Fortin, Women's Labour League leader Helen Armstrong or bush pilot Jimmy Gagnon. Watch them in action, or ask them questions as they enact the daily lives of people from Canada's past.
