Pegahmagabow's Head Dress
Francis Pegahmagabow's Supreme Chief of North America headdress, made from eagle feathers. Following the war, Pegahmagabow became an advocate for First Nations' rights and served as Chief of his Parry Island Band, Wasauksing First Nation, from 1921 to 1925. He is a member of Canada's Indian Hall of Fame and died in 1952.
