A Queen and Her Country
The 60-year reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has paralleled Canada’s development as a modern, diverse country. Through her numerous visits, she has kept alive our heritage and traditions. This exhibition takes a chronological approach to its subject matter through four main periods of the Queen’s tours of Canada, including key historical events which she attended.
Content : Approximately 60 artifacts, commemorative in nature, marking The Queen’s various visits and events in which she participated; an audiovisual presentation; an interactive game.
