Christian Bale returns to the role of the caped crusader. The Dark Knight Rises also stars Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard

As was the case with The Dark Knight, the second installment in the series directed by Christopher Nolan, this third movie features footage filmed with IMAX cameras. In The Dark Knight Rises, a total of 60 minutes are projected in full-screen IMAX format.
