The Tunit: a Palaeo-Eskimo People

This small discovery box exhibit is a spin-off of the exhibition Lost Visions, Forgotten Dreams. It explores the history of the Palaeo-Eskimos who occupied Arctic Canada for three thousand years before the Inuit through themes such as: Way of Life, Hunting Magic, Religion and the End of the Tunit World in a compact and instructive way.

Content : 20 replicas of Palaeo-Eskimo artifacts, graphic panels, photos, 2 videos, educational programme and hands-on material.

Space Required : 2 units, each 1 m x 1 m x 0.25 m (39 in. x 39 in. x 10 in.)
