Yes, although not an active follower of the Sikh faith (to which I belong), I do wear a steel bangle/bracelet (kara). It’s a reminder to carry out just and righteous deeds and keeps me grounded on where my religion came from… but it also belonged to my father and keeps me close to his spirit.

Yes, I wear a Buddhist prayer ring. Similar to a Tibetan prayer wheel, but worn on the finger. It spins in a circle and has a prayer on it. As you spin the ring it helps you focus on the prayer.

There are certain days where I wear a cross around my neck. I wear because it is a firm testament of what I believe.

I wear a visible pentagram necklace and pentagram ring everyday. They only come off when I’m showering or swimming!
