The best fiesta in town!

The best fiesta in town!

Gatineau, Quebec, May 29, 2007 — You’re invited to a fun fiesta! On Friday, June 8, bring your preschoolers to the Canadian Children’s Museum for a summer celebration, Mexican-style!

You’ll learn the Mexican hat dance and make your own flores de papel (paper flowers), a favourite decoration at fiestas throughout Mexico. Then, cool off in the Studio by mixing up a yummy agua fresca, a cold, refreshing drink made with fresh fruit.

A Mexican Fiesta is part of the Just for You and Your Preschooler activity series at the Canadian Children’s Museum, located within the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
