Woven art looms over the Children’s Museum

Gatineau, Quebec, July 30, 2007 — There’s something woolly and wonderful happening at the Canadian Children’s Museum! Guest artist Janet Morton will be here on August 6 to lead a whimsical outdoor weaving workshop.

Morton, a Toronto-based artist who transforms public spaces with her crafty creations, will work with children to make an imaginative and unique installation using textiles and non-traditional materials.
