The Museum has thought of everything to facilitate the organization of your event. Here are some of the services we offer.
Do you need logistical help with your event? If so, why not take advantage of our coordination service, which provides you with a dedicated member of staff to look after your every need. He or she will meet with you before your event and, throughout your special occasion, will be onsite to ensure that all goes well. In our main lobby, a host will be happy to greet you and your guests, and to direct you to your venue. Throughout the event, hosting staff will also be on hand to answer all your questions.
The following services are not included in rental fees for our facilities.

Thanks to its cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, our technical team has everything you need to ensure an unforgettable event – from projection of your logo on the ceiling, to a wide range of breathtaking visual effects. The Museum’s caterer, Gourmet Cuisine, offers menus for all occasions. They will be happy to meet with you to discuss your requirements. They can be reached at (819) 776-7012.
Guests may also take advantage of the Museum’s indoor parking. Depending on your type of activity, we can provide you with parking coupons before your event, and can bill you later depending on how many of your guests use this service. In addition, a cloakroom will be at your disposal for the convenient storage of all personal effects.
